Vinification : Traditional vinification with little intervention. Hand harvested and destemmed. Vatting time of 16 days in concrete tanks. Native yeasts. Aged in concrete tanks.

Tasting Notes : This is a beautifully fruity Cairanne with supple tannins. Nose of red fruits and blackcurrant, slightly spicy and liquorice. This is a juicy, fruity, fresh and elegant Cairanne!
