Tasting note: Citrus tones on the nose. Reminiscent of a tart lemon curd. Fairly full-bodied with giddy tension between fruit and acidity. Creamy, lemony edge in the back of the mouth. Will pair well with rich or fatty food; pâtés & terrines, pork and bacon.
