The Story: Les paradis perdus are plots of land that have been excluded from the Cairanne appellation despite a nice terroir and a strong potential. It was decided to rebound and downgrade the wine to Vin de France and create Paradis Perdus.
Tasting: This wine is very fine and fresh with fruity and floral aromas. The mouth is delicate and fluid with notes of rose petals. The tannins are present but remain very supple. The finish is fresh and easy to digest.
Blend: 50% grenache, 50% carignan
